's "Moi Lolita" contest. ACK i made her look WAY older than 13. Oh well. The outfit design is quite random as well. Oh god i want these shoes <3
Media used: Paint Tool SAI, PS CS3 for few edits(watermark, white and pink outlines).
Time: ~16h (i made the sketch last night for about an hour, continued today) Holy, this must be my time record!
